The PABA Business of the Year awards have highlighted member company success since the first award in the year, 2000.  The award is normally presented at the PABA Annual June Dinner to ensure recognition in front of a large gathering of members, friends and guests.

The annual award recognizes any business in the Greater Plover area, large or small, in business for more than three years.  Awardees are PABA members who have exhibited continued financial stability and development, maintained a responsible and rewarding workplace environment; have an established plan for future growth and have added to the economic base of the greater Plover area while being noticeably dedicated to community support and customer service.  It's expected that such winners also show efforts to adapt to changes in the marketplace and ways to excel in their field of business.
